Life is an adventure. Life is full of adventures. So what does nutrition have to do with adventures? Reaching overall optimal health and wellbeing is fun, exciting and rewarding. and can be done with wholesome foods that can provide you the fuel needed for all of your adventures. The reward is the top feeling of overall optimal health and wellbeing. When we have balance from within and are feeling our best, these adventures that life gives us can be more enjoyable, exciting and life-long lasting.

My Work is to....
Guide and counsel my clients in the best way to achieve optimal health through natural nutrition, but always respect the right and need for the client to make the final decision in all wellness and fitness plans.
Guide my clients with the implementation of a long-term personal health plan, provide education when necessary, and offer ongoing assessments.
Provide maps/guides that are specific to my client's lifestyle, health, diet, and their goals.
Bring awareness of the meaning of holistic nutrition; the importance of movement of the body; the interrelationship of mind, body and spirit; and the importance of addressing these interactive factors which are unique to each individual.
Maintain an interest in the well-being of all human beings, regardless of colour, creed or nationality, and in the care of planet Earth.
Promotion of whole, locally grown and organic foods; sustainable farming practices; and the necessity of living in a non-toxic environment.
Support the progress of my client’s health goals by creating an individualized wellness program, which will include the use of whole, nutrient-dense foods; menu plans; natural source supplements*; and lifestyle modifications – including the use of non-toxic, environmentally friendly household/personal products.
